7 Ways Medical Imaging Technology Transforms Patient Care

Enciris CV-40 camera modules deliver crystal-clear 4K imagery optimized for endoscopy and microscopy—featuring single-cable connectivity, sub-frame latency, and over 22 adjustable parameters including white balance, tone mapping, and noise reduction for mission-critical medical applications.

Choose a Module or Camera?

The Enciris CV-40 remote head camera range includes both camera modules as well as finished cameras with standard C-Mount for adapters or lenses.

The camera module versions are ideal for embedded applications such as endoscopy. They are designed to be integrated into endoscope housings and are provided with IO’s to connect to buttons, both in the endoscope head and in the camera control unit (CCU).

The finished camera products are ideal for microscopy applications where they can be easily deployed (for example) to take screen captures or recordings, stream or live display.

Settings for the camera and module have been optimized for crystal-clear imagery both Endoscopy and Microscopy applications and are easily adjustable with over 22 parameter settings including White Balance Compensation, Auto Exposure, Exposure Speed, Tone Mapping, Binning, HSBC, Sharpness, Noise Reduction, Flare Compensation and many other parameters.

Both versions are connected to the CCU via a simple single-core coax cable, which provides both power to the camera as well as providing transport for the low-latency video connection.

Enciris camera evaluation software is included that provide support for many different use-cases including video streaming, recording and live display.
