Buying Enciris Technolgies Products and Services - Direct Sales

At this time we accept orders by telephone, email, fax, or via our contact form.

For telephone orders our normal working hours are from 9am to 5pm (CET) Monday through Friday.

Once an order is received we normally to ship within 24 hours or less, stock permitting.

Buying Enciris Technolgies Products and Services - Via Distributors

European Zone Payment and Shipping Information

• IBAN bank transfer.
• Checks (Euro only).
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Carte Bleue).
• USD payments via international wire transfer to our clearing house in New York, USA can be arranged under certain circumstance.

Credit card payments are only processed after verification. Your credit card is only charged when we ship.

Qualified corporations in the EU may apply for terms. Our terms are net 30 days - no exceptions.

Preferred Shipping Methods

• Fedex International Priority - For EU countries other than France.
• UPS - For all EU countries.
• Collisimo Tracked Parcel Post.

• Wire transfer to our clearing house in New York (standard USA domestic transfer).
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
• By check in USD sent to our clearing house in NYC (fees may apply).
